Photographs For eligible customers who purchased the hose directly from Tristar and are reporting a broken hose to Tristar for the first time on or after February 1, 2017, upload a file with the image of each hose showing the broken component of the hose.
 
For eligible customers who purchased the hose from a retailer in the United States, upload a file with the image of each hose showing both the broken component of the hose and the end pieces to have been cut off of the hose, and proof of purchase (such as a receipt or cut-out of the UPC code from the packaging).
Customers who purchased the hose directly from Tristar and reported a broken hose to Tristar before February 1, 2017 do not need to upload any photos.
